Large Cat Tree – 4 Condos with Thick Scratching Post

Large Cat Tree – 4 Condos with Thick Scratching Post

One cat needs a perch; several cats need territory, and this large cat tree provides both. It has four separate condos so each cat can claim a space, a flower-shaped top bed for whoever wants the highest point, and thick posts wrapped for scratching at every level. It is built from wood rather than the thin board used on cheaper towers, which matters when a 27.9 kg structure has to stay steady under cats launching themselves onto it. Choose 174 cm or 136 cm.

Why pet owners choose it

• ✔ Four condos — a private space per cat in a multi-cat home
• ✔ Flower top bed — the high perch cats compete for
• ✔ Thick scratching posts — somewhere to claw other than the sofa
• ✔ Wooden build — steadier than thin-board towers
• ✔ Two heights — 136 cm for smaller rooms, 174 cm for full height

At a glance

Which height suits your room?

The 174 cm large cat tree suits a room with a normal ceiling where you want the top bed roughly at eye level, and it ships in a 61 x 45 x 40 cm box weighing 27.9 kg. The 136 cm version is the better choice in a smaller room or under a low window, and comes in a wider 81 x 49 x 26 cm box at 26.2 kg. Check the footprint against the wall you have in mind before ordering.

Assembly and care

Assemble the tower on the floor where it will stand, tighten every bolt firmly, then check the bolts again a week later once the structure has settled — that second tightening is what stops a tall tower developing a wobble. Vacuum the plush surfaces regularly and spot-clean with mild soap. Check the scratching posts periodically and replace the wrap when it is shredded through.
