1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Pet’s Vib (petsvib.com), an online store selling toys, chews, grooming and care accessories for cats, dogs, fish, birds and small pets.

By accessing this website, browsing our catalogue, or placing an order, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Pet’s Vib and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Please read these Terms together with our Refund and Returns Policy and any other policies referenced on the site before making a purchase.

2 Eligibility

To use our services and place an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your country;

3 Products, Pricing & Orders

3.1 Product Information

While we make every effort to display product colours, images and descriptions accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect at all times the actual colours of the products. Product images are intended for reference.

3.2 Price & Currency

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and, where applicable, the final price payable at checkout includes all applicable taxes and charges at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; however, orders already confirmed at a given price will not be affected by a later change.

3.3 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or our inability to process payment. In such cases we will notify you and, if payment has been taken, refund it in full.

4 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order using the payment methods offered at checkout. By providing payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
• We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are correct.

5 Shipping & Delivery

Pet’s Vib operates a dropshipping model. Many of our products are sourced from and shipped directly by overseas suppliers, which means delivery times may differ from local shipping.

• Estimated delivery: typically 7–15 business days, occasionally up to 20 business days depending on the destination, customs and supplier.
• Tracking: once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to the address you provided.
• Delays: delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier delays and public holidays may extend delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
• Orders ship internationally. Please ensure your delivery and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.

6 Returns & Refunds

Our 30-day return policy applies to unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Full details, including how to start a return and the process for damaged or incorrect items, are available on our Refund and Returns Policy page.

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
• Damaged or incorrect items should be reported through the Contact page so we can assist you.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item (or evidence in the case of damaged goods) is received and verified.

7 Warranty, Health & Safety

Our products are for domestic, non-commercial use with companion animals. You are responsible for choosing products appropriate for your pet and for supervising your pet while the products are in use.

• Pet safety: always follow the product’s intended use and warnings. Remove and dispose of chewed or damaged toys to prevent choking hazards.
• No medical advice: we are not veterinarians. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health concerns.
• We do not sell pet food or perishable consumable products as part of this store.

8 Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (applying to consumers within the European Economic Area) and equivalent distance-selling legislation in other jurisdictions.

• Where you are a consumer, you are entitled to legal guarantees and the right to a refund or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, as required by local law.
• In the EU, unless an exception applies, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
• These statutory rights are not limited or excluded by these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet’s Vib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our products.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any statutory consumer rights.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, images of products, layout, and code — is the property of Pet’s Vib or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. We collect and process personal data (such as your name, email address, delivery address and order details) in order to fulfil orders and improve our service. Where you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14 Cancellation

14.1 Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled by us, but you may return it under our Return Policy.

14.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

15 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where that delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, strikes, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, customs holds, or failures by third-party suppliers or carriers.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the store is primarily established and by applicable law in your jurisdiction where you are a consumer.
